Went to Tofino for the first time with my awesome friend Jenn.  This is a drawing of the view from our campsite on the beach.  Frickin' magic!  We saw whales!

So August is over and I didn't quite make my drawing a day goal, I think I missed 3 or 4 days.  I am pretty proud of what I did accomplish, so I am not that disappointed in myself.  I think I am going to try to make up the drawings I missed before classes start on Wednesday, and then switch it to a drawing a week goal during the school year, which I feel I should be able to manage :D   

Drew this one after I wiped out on my rollerblades and decided to chill on the beach rather than continue around the sea wall.  I broke my sunglasses when I fell, so I was wearing them one armed as I drew this. So silly. 

Drew this one after watching Back to the Future on the outdoor screen at Stanley Park. SUCH A GOOD MOVIE! The quotation has no connection to the drawing, haha.

There is a little bit of catch up here.  I am still a day behind :)

This one's a little over worked, I am not too pleased with how it turned out.

I think this might be my favorite page in the sketch book so far.

On the left is a drawing of from a photo of my Grandpa Davies at about age 25.  I sure miss that guy <3 On the right is a drawing of my orchid, which is the most beautiful thing in my house right now.
